At J&Co Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
